Frame Measurement Tolerances

I was recently in an accident and had my truck repaired. The shop has struggled to get it to align properly and says the frame is not bent. I asked for the frame measurements and it looks off to me.
How many mils does the frame need to be off before its considered "bent".
2019 Ford F150 2.7 EcoBoost 30K miles
The collision happened on the front passenger side of the truck.

First, please reduce that picture size by at least 50%. It's too large for the thread.
If panels are no lining up, then for sure something is bent. It doesn't necessarily have to be the frame though. It can be the radiator support or other structural sheet metal. Any body man that knows what he's doing should be able to easily identify the problem.
