Not my area and but couldn't make that show large enough to see it well. Others maybe this will work?

Anyway, all the pics in the world aren't like seeing it along with the touch, feel of paint and parts the impossible part of repair of it is the place to do it if/when paint is required. Hidden damage possible can't know on much until it's apart as necessary.
Value of a vehicle if applicable know it's only original once for the ones that will matter.
Quite the sport that isn't funny.
In the meantime the suggestion is going to be take it to a real Auto Body Repair shop to get some clue of the expense. Just that will cost so ask up front ALL of you, shop and owner of the car/vehicle come to some approach that makes everyone happy.
Good luck as said it's not so 'doable' over the web nor possible if paint involved it's own hassle as said also. Be warned it's almost always very costly,

Not sure what you mean by how do "I" fix this.
You won't fix this yourself. The bumper has to be removed, stripped down of parts, professionally repaired and then refinished. You are probably looking at around $500.

Glad you could see that HT - was the size of a postage stamp for me saw something - a headlight lens and area only if you knew what you were looking for?
Costs? $500 where HT is, is probably $1,000 where I am - not a joke. Not my area think you can't legally vent the fumes of drying paints so captured exhaust from the room it would be in! That bad,
