hood damage estimate

living in NYC and have random scratches here and there, but got this about a year ago and deciding to sell my car soon. was hoping someone could tell me how much something like this MIGHT cost to fix, or any other info.
its a 2006 Cobalt, blue, 4 door sedan ls. if it matters.

That's right down to the bare metal and now rusty. They are going to have to strip that all the way down so you may be looking at a couple hundred.
