Installed front brakes on my 03 Escalade ext. and now have no pedal and the pressure differential switch is leaking. When I installed the brakes, I did not crack the bleeder to retract the piston. I have replaced the pressure differential switch. Still leaks. Thanks in advance.

Obviously, if you have a fluid leak you will have no brakes and the leak has to be resolved. If you replaced the switch and still have a leak, maybe the switch wasn't the problem in the first place or maybe you got a bad one. Either way, replacing brake pads shouldn't result in a leaking system. From the sounds of it, you are over your head in this repair and the brake system is no place to be making mistakes. I suggest you cut your losses and let a professional sort it out. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Thanks for the info and the advice. However after a bit more digging I found that the plunger in the combination valve was stuck. AC Delco part #21998450. Replaced it, bled the brakes and it's good to go.

The only way that happens is a severe imbalance between circuits causing the slide valve to get jammed at one end. Improper bleeding causes that. That shouldn't have anything to do with a leak though.
