Nasty squeaking brake noises I cant track down

2002 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi. 3.8L v6 with 150k miles.
So, I've got some terrible noises that I strongly suspect are coming from the brakes. This car has been sitting in my shop for ages getting tons of work done but I just cannot track down this brake noise.
The best way to describe the noise is the sound and old box spring bed frame makes when doing the dirty... The noise does change in frequency (not so much pitch; you can clearly hear the oscilations) as the car's speed changes. The noise is gone with the car stopped. It is quite loud and can easily be heard with all windows up. It seems to only come from the front passenger wheel well now.***
***Update: the noise is now worse and you can no longer hear oscilations except at very low speeds. Its just a constant dissonant whine now. Pitch still does not change with speed, but is not present with the car stopped. There is no noise at all when moving in reverse, only forward.
Just for kicks, I put the front end up on jack stands and put it in drive to see if it still makes the noise while off the ground. It does but its much quieter and no longer a constant whine, but an oscilating squeak again. The sound is present and unchanged with or without pressure applied to the brakes so I cant be certain that its actually that system causing it.
The work I've done so far concerning the problem areas: New pads and rotors and calipers on all 4 wheels. I did grease all my pads (not the rotor side ofc) New lower control arms and ball joints. New tie rod ends and inner tie rod rubber guard things. New front and rear transmission mounts. New sway bar linkages. New rear air shocks.
Another point of note is that the car didnt have these sounds when I bought it about a month ago. It was only after extensive work to the front and rear suspension that the noises started so I have to assume it was something I did that caused it... but I dont know what. I've serviced dozens of brakes in the past with no issues like this.
The noises
Any ideas on how I might track this sucker down or ideas on what the problem may be? I really cant drive the car around like this.. Using a backup car in the interum.
Update: with the front end on jack stands and the car in drive, the passenger front tire doesnt spin, telling me the brakes have some residual pressure in that caliper? I just replaced the brake flex line as I heard those have a tendency to collapse, restricting the outward flow of fluid but it doesnt seemed to have helped at all.

Are you sure it's actually changing sides? That part doesn't sound right.
Does the sound change when the brakes are applied?
Have you checked the backing plates carefully for any contact?
Have you checked that the axle nuts are good and tight?

OK, You've done some wild amount of work and still this noise THAT IS SPEED RELATED. If you said and sorry now if mentioned if it changes with applying brakes is one or even better or worse? I'm still thinking bear with me...………………………
OK, I'm back :-) All this stuff there's one thing to still check early as it's being a pest. Are the wheels the exact right ones for this car? Why I'm asking is some may fit from a very similar one but not the right year and or ones older when these were "disc/drum" or steel wheels with trim vs alloys.
This is what can and has happened drove me nuts, not a long drive, you've heard that silly line before.
To make it shorter the rims on a floating caliper were fine for years on a certain car I regularly worked on then time for brakes. The wheels were switched such that inside dishing of a wheel was just the stupid 1/8th inch closer it rubbed the caliper with new pads but not with ones with wear - floating calipers move away from the rim - got me?
That was it. That car was known from new to first person to buy used she didn't like the wheels so dealer switched them. Put the spare that came with it on and that wheel went silent?
Late to find or carefully look both the (front only) inside of rims and slight marks on calipers could rub make more noise than you squeaking box spring big time - crack me up!
Just look for evidence that just one of the totally out of the box strange things with essentially NOTHING wrong about how the car ran, stopped or drove.
However it would be worse or better on turns and change so couldn't nail it right away then saw the evidence inside rims and on calipers,

Rims are the correct size and there isnt any rubbing. Axle nuts are also good and tight.

It's time to remove front wheels look hard for evidence. If nothing, even silly like a twisted brake hose lift up and off the calipers for a look right at all pads. Support the caliper don't let them hang by hose.
It's done this before and after assorted work and checks there's something else then just confusing it. Now if all still looks right take off rotors look at hubs and inside rotors where they touch. Crust or anything wrong about that.
Other assorted maybe things are a crack or flaw in something. Those backing plates warped, bent or touching somehow already asked by HT - that's somewhat common for strange but annoying loud noise that may or may not be different with how hard brakes are applied.
Pads can come off backing plates or just not glued, riveted on right. Misprint/metal stamping of metal plate holding friction material or hardware.
It has to show some evidence it's just hiding.
Swap wheels around if need be torque things to spec too so things are really ruled out.
Right now I think a backing plate is rubbing is still only guessing and it's just not noticed. See if one side is closer than the other should be the same.
It's all of it but do one full check or change at a time if all seems fine. Doing more all at once you don't prove what was the source cause unless obvious to see it doesn't have to be a lot to make a LOT of noise but it's there somewhere,

There was a strong clue that it quit the noise in reverse? Pads, caliper hardware maybe going cock-eyed where they are? Still have to see it as best you can would drive me nuts too till proven it's found and fixed. Just hope you find it early on the list of things it could be,
