Noises from back wheel

Hi all! I recently acquired a used 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe with ~150K miles. Before I got it, it had been sitting unused on uneven ground for around three weeks. I immediately noticed a noise coming from the back left wheel. It was periodic, and would repeat faster as the car moved faster. I would describe it as a clunk, and it is loudest around 20mph, and becomes inaudible around 30mph. It does not become particularly pronounced when I am turning, forward or backward. The clunk becomes much louder and deeper as I am breaking, but my brakes do not squeal loudly or feel unusually slow. When I have the window down, I can hear a scraping noise coming from the back wheel that coincides with the clunking noise I can hear inside the vehicle. I've been trying to diagnose this issue, but I do not have any experience with cars. From an online search, I tried checking for give in the CV joint, for give in the wheel bearing while jacked, and for any unusual resistance in the tire's spin while jacked, and didn't seem to find anything meaningful or unusual through those three tests, though it's possible I missed the signs. I would appreciate any guidance here in diagnosing the cause! Thank you!

You won't find the answer on the Internet. Somebody is going to have to inspect the car to find out where the noise is coming from. Could be brakes, bearings, backing plates, etc ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
