Strange noise from brakes

2013 Hyundai elantra 1.8 engine
Hello I have recently replaced pads and rotors on my car and now have a strange creaking sound coming from the left rear. The brakes also squeak as well. 2 mechanics have looked at the system and 1 says the pads are low quality while the other says everything looks fine. Both agree the sound is not normal. Pads and rotors are acdelco. The noises also seem to happen when the car has been driven (approx 30 mins) and the system is warm. Creak may occur while moving or in park.

Never mind the video for now. Are those the brakes you just did?
The key is what did the old ones look like? Were those evenly worn or not almost identical left and right side? IF not you still have a reason for that like calipers, brake hoses and or how parking brake operates and releases.
Odors and noises are naturally near impossible to describe what is normal and what is tel=tale of trouble. Noise on one side suggests that side still had a problem that wasn't fixed and left a clue you didn't chase down why,

The car isn't moving in that video. Where is the noise coming from?

I missed that "Can make the noise in Park" WHAT! Brakes aren't working sitting still. Now go check where you hoisted it and put a jack stand if you really bent something presumably a running engine leaves exhaust parts sitting still if really out back? Any crazy change you are hearing fuel pump or other motored something?

He's getting a weird noise when applying the brake at a standstill. I'd like to know where the noise is coming from.

OK, A thing to try: Take that wheel OFF and put lug nuts back on, backwards if those allow. Evenly torqued.
Now use brakes or better a helper and watch it right there at it. See if really there and active by taking just the caliper UP and look for any rubbing marks out of ordinary.
Rare stuff but calipers do move sitting still applying brakes - watch - they do some. Pins, slides and assorted ways any are made do like this would be.
Why: It's possible rotor is larger than the OE one or some fault you wont discover unless looking right at evidence marks
Another is check inside rim of the wheel just because. The dishing of a wheel matters. IDK how but if now with new pads pistons put caliper in a different position may now be able to rub on inside of the wheel.
That should make clear evidence.
If no others and same wheels AND the bogus spare no doubt is still with the car use it (proper pressure most are flat) and drive it too. Those behave as intended for the purpose they are made - "spare tire and wheel" if or when something happens can still use the car.
Happened only once to me with new brakes OE wheel but for wrong model of same brand car didn't clear the caliper with new pads did again when I put the old ones back on!
Don't ask - was ages ago just tricky to figure out for a while,

I'm sorry I'm not really understanding what you are suggesting I do. The car drives normal and has no other abnormal sounds.

OK: Short version: Brake is making noise when STILL. Shouldn't do that on disc brake types. It does apply pressure, a lot just sitting there you can see one flex a bit or a lot. How much must be rubbing something and shouldn't. Rubber parts of calipers, pins and assorted ways they work use rubber. If not lubed and kept I spec could be dry and wore a little out of good spec yet still work normally.
If not even a safety issue (can't say yet) it would bug me to go find it. Wheel off, lug nuts BACK ON so rotor is held properly. Watch it. Lift up that one (caliper) and see where it's rubbing even in place would or should me some marking of that.
Reasons would be pin types can move too much. That's not good for the long run pads will wear oddly despite working I'd fix that,

My guess is the pads are not seated in the channel correctly.
If that turns out to be the case, the pads will have to be replaced again as they will be bent.

I'll try to get a wheel off and take a look tomorrow. I also have a new pair of caliper pins coming as that may help. Even if it doesn't they are cheap.

Hope you see something worn or loose from wear with those.
General on brakes like this: Just take it all apart every time at least lube it all in correct areas. Hard to make time but AHEAD of the job on a popular vehicle know what you want. The on-line vs in person is price and knowing what you actually get.
There should be buzz words like a "loaded caliper" you get the works all ready to go, hardware, lubed and if this has a bracket yes or no to that too.
Have real brake lube at the ready all the time. Brake cleaner too. Know where it goes and where if you goof how to clean that OFF too.
MAKE the time and don't rush doing brakes or much of anything! Do BOTH sides for brake, wheel, suspension items. If not you can get caught in "ping-pong" game of the other will need the same shortly and waste a ton of time and bucks if you just end up doing all of it over again for lack of doing it right the first time,

Was able to get wheel off to take a look and everything seems normal. Even had my mechanic take a look over the brakes and nothing out of the ordinary. He has no idea what the noise could be.

Just go re-read your first post: Everything went wrong, noises it didn't have but everyone said it's fine in person vs a web site, here or anywhere you went?
If it started right then and NOTHING IS SEEN OR WRONG CHECKING AND CHECKING JUST WHAT DO YOU WANT ANYONE TO DO HERE?
Up to you if you are convinced it's abnormal throw it all out and start all over again with all new parts send all the ones you got back. This is at the end here if in person inspection isn't helping?

OK - we tried with several possible reasons things can go wrong or make noise. You've had IN PERSON checks, yourself and post #13 YOUR mechanic. Please tell me/us we could compete with being right there, test drives, feeling for this or that, seeing a spot or defect.
Just saying low quality up top is still possible on the long list boxed wrong with lousy in a good quality box?? Both should look the same and behave the same was up to original installer to notice and complain.
I mean you no harm at all just running out of idea if live help has be at this? Seriously it's a web site not being there a huge disadvantage.
If you insist on solving this find another whole shop and tech and do every possible part involving brakes that could possibly do anything wrong or just maybe they see it?
