2000 mazda protege 70K
replaced front brakes and rotors turned 3 months ago
passenger side front side now making pulsing squealing sound when braking, with no movement of steering wheel or brake pedal pulsing/shaking. It seems to brake normally, just with the squealing. Any suggestions?

The first suggestion is don't "machine" or you said "turn" rotors. There's almost never enough metal left to possibly be within thickness specifications after one round a brake pads. The thinner metal will easily warp after machining off more metal plus if any shavings are not properly cleaned off they impregnate the pads and can cause noise.
Seriously, these if the 1.8 engine only have 2 millimeters of metal from new to wear before they must be discarded never mind taking more metal off. That's still OK but usually for very heavy duty vehicles.
You can measure them with a micrometer. Discard thickness for the 1.6 engine is .787mm and for 1.8 is .819mm.
Just saw the price of $29.99 ea. new so what savings is there in paying anything for machining them?
May have to redo this job completely. I can't suggest reusing even the new pads which early on would/could be a judgment call but seems the judgment to turn rotors at all was already wrong and may end up just back and forth not having them all right all at once,
