I'm trying to imagine the exact jam you are in? Can't you just turn it the other way or has it destroyed the caliper already? It might have!

Are you just using a block to a 3/8ths tool or a specialty tool just for that one? I never had the misfortune of that but this could be trouble and need new caliper (both would be best) and waste the tool!

Still trying picture the trouble you are in. A "creased" flex hose isn't likely to let you retract the piston by turning if probably hydraulically locked. Open bleeder and untwist the hose and might have ruined hose too.

Not the whole issue but what vehicle is this? Some are fussy to deal with park cable, hold thing in place to retract pistons by turning or if older can twist up dust boot on piston and wreck it too. If piston (never did it) came too far out that's trouble.

Mechanisms for parking cable to brackets are fussy too to remove and put back without some tricks or good tools.

I think I can see the mess. Trying to get caliper in a position to turn piston and not twist the show all up is a bit cumbersome. Again, this caliper may be history and now that hose too.

Arggh - with brakes always suggested to do things in pairs. Do new to one side, do new to the other too on that axle,

You have to turn the inside nut in to give it slack. The big one you see in the center.

Wasn't sure what type tool being used. Hammer showed the best type. Another (cube thing) works on many types and no telling how you set that up if so. Those look like this and do different make vehicles/calipers.........

Last try - pics are showing?

These are fussy to work with - like takes three hands but can work. Of course turning wrong way is its own problem,

Your picture didn't come out but if he got it stuck, he has to be using the one i showed. Turning the center shaft threads the piston in while pushing at the same time but when the piston hits bottom it gets stuck because you can't turn the center shaft in either direction.
