high pitch squeel

I have a 2000 vw golf gti that is lowered with coilovers. Whenever I drive on the highway and turn at a certain angle/speed the front right wheel makes a high pitched noise. It only happens when I am going about 40+ mph and only when I turn at a certain specific angle. If I turn more while its making the noise then itll stop. Its definitely not the tires scraping under the tensor since its lowered. It sounds like metal on metal. I took it to a mechanic to get it checked out from an eyeball POV ( didn't have it diagnosed because that would of been 110$). We took off the wheel and there is no sign of rubbing or scraping apart from the tires under the fender. Could it be the caliber being on too tight? Any ideas help.

Quote">>Could it be the caliber being on too tight?<<" Have you checked brakes or is one dragging? Are they worn evenly? Lowered and whatever these coil overs are you are just asking for problems IMO in general, T
