2007 Toyota Rav4 Chirping Sound When Heat Is On

Heya all: 2007 Toyota RAV4 Sport 156,000 miles 3.5L V6 FI DOHC 24V F4. I live in New York and recently winter has kicked in. When I turn on my heat, for the first 1-2 minutes I'll hear a chirping sound, and then it will go away. I've never heard this sound before. Any ideas on what it could be? Everything I've found online references a sustained chirping sound, so I'm not sure what it means if it's a sound that's intermittent. Appreciate any wisdom you can throw at me. Thanks!
