2008 Accord - Metallic squeal every 20 seconds

2008 Honda Accord EX 3.5L V6 ~97K miles
Just noticed a soft cyclic metallic squealing the other day coming from the engine area. Comes on and lasts for maybe 5 to 10 seconds before going away and then repeating every 20 seconds. I'm guessing bearings on some belt driven component that's going out, but wasn't sure what was likely given the cyclic nature of it. I thought A/C compressor at first, but the A/C wasn't on when it was happening so I'm not sure what else clicks on and off like that?

If we were diagnosing this we would be using a stethoscope to isolate the source of the sound.
