Acura EL 1.6 - 1997 - 180km

First of all, thanks to all the readers.
And sorry for my bad english.

For the past 5 months, my car is shaky/noisy from the inside when i'm doing a stop or at the red light.
Then last week I went to change my winter tires - new break - oils - (some kind of weird steel bar for my direction wheels, garage man told me that it needed to be change)
Since then, when I drive it randomly get stuck at 2000RPM when i'm trying to accelerate. Even if i pull harder on gas, it doesn't change anything. I waited like 5second before it get back on everytimes)
Tonight, i went on the highway and the Check engine flashed for like a minute and then became ON.(no more flashing and always on)

Anyone know how much it cost and what is the problem?

Thanks, if there's something need to be clarified then ask me.

No chance of a guess as to costs so far. With the check engine light now staying on there's a hard code or more waiting to help with what area to concentrate on.

Has all suggested service and maintenance things been done? 1.6 engine is listed as an interference engine so if timing belt hasn't been done by time or miles it's both risky and expensive if it breaks. Might jump one tooth/cog and cause erratic behaviour and if so won't be long till you part with a bunch of money.

Note: "Interference engine" means if valve timing gets off enough pistons will collide with valves!
