Road noise 98 Camry Sign In

Just replace a control arm and CV joint on the driver side 98 Camry. now there a Tire/road noise that wasn't there before. The tires are new less then 90 days ago and the noise is only when your are moving the more speed the louder the noise. it like a loud humming sound you can really hear it good with the windows up and AC on. I am planing on having a alignment done but not done so yet as far as I see with an alignment you can only adjust the toe in so not sure why that would be causing my noise but could the wheel bearing be going bad or also could the brake pads be where the noise is ?

Unless you changed the toe dramatically, you probably just bent the dust shield so it is touching the rotor. Just push it away a little bit to cure that.
