I have a 2002 Saturn SC2 and am running into some problems. I have all of my maintainance done on a regular basis. My last oil change was over by 1000 miles. A few days ago I started to hear a faint ting-ting-ting noise coming from the front of my car. With the holidays I was unable to change my oil because all places were closed. On my way to work on Wednesday the ting-ting-ting noise got much louder and the front of my car started to shake a bit. After work I went straight to the station and got an oil change. The noise didnt go away. While driving home I found it hard to accelarate and keep my car idol while at a stop light. The noise is very loud now. Whats wrong???

Simply being late on one oil change didn't do this. This has to be looked at now! I can't guess what might be wrong right now. If you are going to be over on periodic maintenance like changing oil you still need to make sure fluids are within normal ranges. That's an owner's responsibility all the time - late or not with services, T
