Volvo S60 Loose Mount?

Hi All, When recently getting my oil change and tires rotated, I was told that the crossbar that holds the engine up (mount?) needs to be replaced. This makes sense because as I drive around I hear a jiggling noise in the hood of the car and squeaking, as if something is loose (especially when I hit bumps). Is it called the engine mount? And how prevalent is it that i get it fixed ASAP? Money is tight. Thanks ALL!

General on these things: They are rubber stuck to metal and will be limited by metal to not move way too far. Still should fix ASAP. Life expectancy of motor and trans mounts is really unknown IMO but do them as needed. Some last forever and some don't. Again IMO you really should only need to do the bad ones unless another shows a problem, T
