noise under the hood

2003 ford explorer making a noise like bad power steiring pump but it is not the problem. need some help please

How is it you are so sure it's not the PS pump? It could be full and not working properly. Does this noise buzz like low fluid in PS or a whine or what?
Try taking belt off and spin pulleys for a bad one and check the belt hasn't stretched to it's limit,
