squealing and burning

when i turn right my car is sqealing and my left drivers side tire is really hot and smells like it is burning it is possibly my e brake is stuck on but i am unsure and if it is i have no idea how to fix that i need help!!!!! i just fixed my back strut today so that also might have something to do with it but i dunno

A frozen brake caliper?? If one wheel is warmer than another that's usually it. What kind of car is this? - T
