I have an alpine cda9851 reciever. the face plate tilts open to load cd's. It has a cd in it, it plays fine,
but i can't get it to eject. I've tried pushing reset button. alpine wants $145 just to look at it. anyone know how I might remedy this problem?? thanks 4 ur help.

Sound like either the face plate is stuck or the loader is broken. I would DEF not take it to the manufacturer until you know exactly what is happening with it. Take it to a stereo guy and get his opinion. It is too hard to diagnose "no eject" problems with out seeing it. There could be any factor making it not work.
