06 tundra brake light

I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra 6cyl. I recently had to replace my tail light assembly. Re did my wiring for my led reverse lights, & switched out the stock brake light with the strobe brake light bulb i had previously. The assembly was different than the oem one so i unplugged my oem one & plugged in the new one. I have turn signal & reverse lights but no brake light in the new assembly. I checked to make sure it was not the bulb by testing it in the other side assembly (known working brake light) & had no problems with the bulb. The only option i can think of is replacing the harness where the tail light harness plugs into underneath the truck, but i don’t know what to search for to find it. The part that the piece circled in blue CONNECTS TO is what I’m looking for. ]

So it seems you want the 'pigtail' end that goes forward to plug into what you circled? IDK what your area might have for used parts that you could pick your own out of and go looking or ask Toyota if and where it's available without buying the next section of wiring/plugs to match if you've altered this enough you are on your own with it. Put it all back as OE is what I suggest. Good luck (not funny) finding good used wire or new that matches exactly. OE may have different choices REAR directionals and brake lights have different local laws to be amber or red using same bulb or another one totally may need VIN of the OE truck to know what it all came with now we know you messed it up putting it all back so it works now that much harder. Good luck. I understand wanting more for backing up lighting the rest is asking for troubles IMO, T
