I have a Buick park Ave of my dads who passed away. It is a 1994 with a 3800 series motor. You can boost it off and it will run, but when you hit the power door locks or power windows it killls the engine. Grounds have been checked. Any suggestions?

Sorry for your loss. Seems like car may have sat a while and battery is completely run down. If just jumped there isn't enough to keep it going with any added load and would quit due to no spark or fuel pressure. Try charging the battery up fully with a charger first. It may be toast if older or a long time run down it may not take a charge well enough and need replacement. Note: A fully discharged battery with a quick jump may not have the power to enable the alternator to charge AND can be VERY hard on alternator so do charge it separatly. If not possible - leave jumpers hooked up with donor car and this one both running for 5, 10 then 15 minutes - letting cool downs in between. That's still hard on both vehicle's alternators so don't overdo that and separately charge when at all possible, T
