1994 Dodge Shadow Issues

I have some sort of electrical problem with my 1994 Dodge Shadow. The air bag light is on, the blower for the AC/heat doesn't work, and the rear defrost doesn't work either. The temp bar still works in that I can adjust temperature of the air that trickles out of the vents and I can pick which vents the air trickles out of but that is it. Power to that front panel used to come in and out randomly, but now it is just out all the time. Not a big deal in the summer, but with winter coming I am going to need the defrost blowers and the heat to work. Thank you.

Know that the air bag if you like them will not work if a warning light is on. If you don't have one buy a test light and see what you can find with fuses and any relays, T Use caution and or get help around an air bag. They can easily kill you!! Nice safety device huh? T
