Hello,
I have a 1994 Toyota 4Runner with 2L Turbo Engine
I am in trouble and I don't know what to do. There is not enough power, especially the negative to make the fuel spill control valve function. If I connect it to body ground directly, the engine is going wild.
Any suggestion please? I appreciate.. Thank you very much..

The 4 runner with the diesel isn't sold here in the states where this forum is based. Advice may be limited.
