If the fuse only blows when you turn on the parking lights, I would start by removing all of the light bulbs that come on with the parking lights. You may get lucky and find a shorted bulb. If not a bulb then it’s going to be kind of a search and rescue type of job; as in looking for chafed wiring harness pinched wires shorted relay ect. Here’s something you can try instead of blowing fuses while you’re checking this and that’s to connect and old style headlight #6054 (large square sealed beam headlight) to where the fuse would plug in to the panel; by using a couple of jumper wires. Turn the parking lights on; the headlight will light because of the short to ground somewhere in the circuit. Now start disconnecting things on that circuit until the headlight goes out or very dim, once there you’ve found the short. The voltage drop across the headlight is enough to handle the current flow and there’s very little chance of doing any damage to the circuit after the headlight. Just be careful not to lay the headlight on anything that would easily melt; the headlight will get warm. Don’t laugh at the crappy diagram but that’s how I mean to connect the test headlight. Dan.
