2000 Ford Windstar needs fuse Sign In

I have a 2000 Ford Windstar. I recently installed a radio, it wouldn't work, then discovered that the yellow wire has no power. I wired it to the red, so at least the radio works, but it won't hold memory, much to my wifes dismay. I looked up the fuse layout, and there are 2 fuses with 'Radio' listed in the panel under the dash (I didn't see any listings for Radio for the under-the-hood fuse box). The #25 fuse is good (10A), but the #6 fuse is missing. The #6 fuse is listed as 15A (in the pdf fuse layout I downloaded), and controls the following: Radio, Compact Disc Changer, Remote Keyless Entry Module, PSD (Power Sliding Door) Module RH and LH, Rear Seat Radio Controller. My problem is, it's not a standard fuse slot. It's more like a relay slot. I've checked at three different mechanic shops, plus the local Ford dealership, and no one can tell me the fuse/relay that is supposed to go there.
Any advice or suggestions would be great at this point. Thanks.

The #6 fuse slot is for a 15A fuse for Keyless entry, CD and radio
The #6 relay slot above the fuses however is for an auxiliary blower that you are probably not equipped with.
