problem i have is when you cut the lights on bright it goes dead like the very instant you cut the bright lights on.. Now one head light has gotten water biult up in it.. and i was wondering if maybe it was grounding itself out or something.. the light works with the water in it but very dim... wondering if that might be the case.. going to take light out and see but was wanting to see if anyone had ideas...

It is possible that both high beam filliments are burned out. Could be the dimmer (multi-function) switch. As far as the water goes, you should replace the headlamp assy. If you can't, drill a 1/8" diameter hole in the bottom of the plastic assy.

If they work in the "flash mode", then I would look at the multi-function switch (dimmer).
