I have a 2002 Saturn SC1 and both high beams quit working. Low beams OK (therefore fuses OK) and get high beam indicator light on instument panel when highbeams switched on. I've replaced bulbs, drl relay, measured 12V at the lamps, dropped $350 (2hrs labor and combo switch) and still no highbeams. Any suggestions?

It is triggered by the Body control module and should have power at all times at the light. The BCM controls the ground. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Yes there is 12 V at the lamps all the time. The bcm also turns on the high beam indicator and that is lit.

Actually, I just looked again and the BCM doesn't control the low beams. It just has an input when they are on. The combo switch supplies the ground on the Dk Blue wire. If it's not the combo switch, it can only be a problem with that dk blue wire running from the combo switch to the headlights.
