I'm not sure I back-probed it correctly, but I tested it with the brake pedal depressed and did not get power to the bulb. I inserted my paper-clip to where I've pointed below. Probably incorrect.

You have a couple of options here to make to be able to narrow down where the open circuit is. You can check at the underhood fuse block or make a check at the TAC module. It would probably be better to check at the fuse block because that would cut the location of the open down between the fuse block and the junction block in the rear. If you check at the TAC and have voltage, you will end up going to the underhood fuse block anyway. You actually have to dismantle the underhood fuse block to gain access to the connectors underneath. The connector is C3 (red connector) and the light blue wire is at the F4 position of the connector. You should disconnect the battery when taking the fuse block apart. You can either check for continuity or send fused power down the light blue wire to see if the brake lamps light up. If you can get access to the connectors underneath and be able to reconnect the battery without shorting anything out, you can back probe the light blue wire terminal like you did for the rear junction block to see if it illuminates your lamp or not. Also inspect the light blue terminal and pin inside by disconnecting the red connector. Make sure it hasn't melted or has corrosion going on. There are a lot of wires and connectors inside the fuse block, so take care in there. underneath the fuse block: Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Sorry if discussed and missed it. Does this truck have any funky wiring work for hauling trailers? Adaptors to use brake lights to activate trailer brakes or some crazy thing like that? If so I still don't have a fix but could be a place for troubles, T
