2004 Kia, Needs help

So this will be my first time ever dealing with something like this. I have no idea whether or not im posting in the right section, but I guess you guys can point me there. 2004 Kia Amanti 3.5L 99,000m There was a big rain yesterday while I was at work, and to let you know in advanced, I work in a shipyard. While leaving work, I was knee deep in water, so I had someone pick me up and left the car in the parking lot, because there was no way I was getting out. So today, I went to try and start the car, and initially I noticed the (electric powered) driver seat was leaned all the way back. Then, I attempted to start the car -- Nothing at all, not even an attempt to turn over. No lights, no dinging -- nothing. So after getting some juice to the battery, my seats start moving by themselves, I can hear the fuel pump (never heard that before), the car will ding without keys even in the ignition, when the car is off the AC display will blink shortly, and the doors are locking and unlocking by themselves. Any suggestions?

Did the water come higher than the bottom of the door? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Call your insurance company. That car is totaled. Too many low mounted computers, electric motors and wiring.
