2004 durango fog light replace burn bulb

Hi
Anybody knows how to replace burn fog light bulb on a durango 2004 slt.
I tried to reach it from under the bumper and no luck

If a sealed beam light it should come out from the front. If a replaceable bulb from the back and if you know they are original do them both as the other would probably go soon, Best I can say for now, T
