2005 Chevy Aveo all windows dead Sign In

So my dad's car's windows are stuck down and none of them are responsive. electric mirror adjuster works but windows dont, all are through same wire for most part. and fuses arnt blown. I took the door panel off and found some wires that burnt against door. Really chevy? you coulcnt put a rubber protector there? anyway I fixed the wires but I decided to have a look at the switches, I removed them and I took a picture of the underside. before I go to the yard and yank one of these you think this has anything to do with it? its burnt abit

Cant see a whole lot from pic, but if its burnt at all, I would replace it. Have you checked red/wht wire for power and blk wire for good ground at connector with key on? Fuse EF1 and power window relay in underhood fuse block; fuse f16 in instrument panel fuse block will all need to tested as well. The diagram I have does not show mirrors and windows on the same circuit.

Are you sure you didn't mean F18?

Mitchell is saying f16 on diagram, but its also calling it the abs/engine fuse too (for the control side of relay), so could be wrong... I went off base model w/rear power windows. Its not giving me a list for fuses... :(

Mitchell says f16 with power rear and f18 without power rear. Alldata says f18 on both. Somebody is wrong.

I tested the fuses. they all seem to be working good. in the morning im gonna go to the salvage yard and pick another sitch piece up to test it, if its still dead ill have to go deeper. I hate these new cars lol. Older ones where so much more easy to work with. thanks for the replys ill double check the fuses to be sure though
