I have a 2006 Nissan Altima, I've owned the car for less than a year and it's been my daily drive since about August. It only has 120k miles on it and it's been a really good car given me no issues until about a month or so ago when it would lag on start up, and then overheated on a long drive once I got into town. The temp gauge would jump all the way to the top then drop down to regular temperature, I pulled over and had absolutely no coolant. We then added water and continued to drive the vehicle home, changed the thermostat and had no further problems. Then the car started to lag on startup, may be completely unrelated to t he overheating. Until one day it wouldn't start without me pressing the gas. We then thought it was a misfire changed spark plugs and got a new Cam sensor. Was fine for a little while longer until it wouldn't start again and once it did began to overheat even though there had been water in t he car the day before. I've now also replaced the crank sensor and it still won't turn over, only will crank until I press the gas. The temp gauge jumping up and dropping made me believe head gasket. There was also oil in my water. However the car is pulling no codes and the pressure test shown that it couldn't be a head gasket. Prior to this the car would also shake a little at stops. We've replaced so much on the car and we're running out of options.

Says who? This could easily be a blown head gasket or even a cracked head.

Those things don't prove anything at all. If you have oil in the coolant, then you have a serious problem that has to be found. First determine if that is engine oil or transmission fluid.
