I've heard online that it could be a grounding issue where the bolt(s) are rusty and need to be cleaned, but I can't find the bolt anywhere. Does anyone think this is correct/know where the bolt would be? Make a whole new one if a known ground is just that body metal should also be also - drill a short hole KNOWING it doesn't go to some other thing. GREASE it so it's never an issue again! I gave you the exact location of that ground. Check it and repair it if necessary.
