I have a 2007 Honda CRV and the headlights are very dim when I turn them on. I've heard online that it could be a grounding issue where the bolt(s) are rusty and need to be cleaned, but I can't find the bolt anywhere. Does anyone think this is correct/know where the bolt would be?

Can't find a ground? Make a whole new one if a known ground is just that body metal should also be also - drill a short hole KNOWING it doesn't go to some other thing. GREASE it so it's never an issue again!

It's sold look for dielectric grease or at least "waterproof" helps not just this but others you see in trouble,

No, don't start modifying the factory wiring. I gave you the exact location of that ground. Check it and repair it if necessary.

It's under the car so there is a very good chance there is a corrosion issue.
