I have a 2008 chevy uplander. I replaced the battery and the control panel, interior lights, radio, Heater/AC controls, key fob now do not work. I have checked the fuses and cannot find a problem with the fuses. Any suggestion on what it might be. If you think it is a fuse please let me know which fuse so I can double check it.

First say why it needed a battery and how extreme did it get before you knew that? That so others can chime in with probably better than I for this precise vehicle.

If it died out so nothing worked it may need dealer resetting? Sorry I can't know every model ever made but do know YOU DON'T REPLACE a vehicle battery without a memory saver if you didn't you just bought the "farm" and some help is needed.

If (forced to so if IDK what happened) if burned out or froze that was a disaster to a 1996 or newer vehicle. Smart ended in 1972 or so. A vehicle that loses the time last on a clock tells you every other tid-bit of memory in it was lost also acquired over time and miles may not just come back on it's own.

Too late for routine or if cold it didn't start got a new one you can't just disconnect most and toss it out without insane losses if lucky only runs like crap for a week or so many miles plus an hour to reset whatever features it had more than a clock.
The warnings for this are NOT posted all over cars/trucks and things automotive what damage you'll cause! Plenty for other things not this in 3 different languages sometimes.
That's the most likely reason now how to get out of this unique this this make, year, model and features it came with.
Stinks - most will not DIY so much as a new battery anymore up to rendering the car/vehicle unusable. How special.

Not your fault but bet that brought on all the problems learn what a "memory saver" is when touching" a vehicle's power source or it can go totally brain dead on you up to damage you didn't want - who would?
