2015 Toyota Camry won’t start

2015 Toyota Camry Se 2.5 engine 140k miles
Car wouldn’t start, engine tried to turn over but failed, display and interior lights display and say car is on, check electrical connection error displays.
We replaced battery today, car still wouldn’t start but display showed it doing an update or a restart.
I have video of the noise it was making trying to start

Nothing in this post makes any sense at all.
Cars don't do updates or restarts and your description is just way too vague.
