Yesterday, while my truck was parked in the driveway, I heard the power door locks engaging repeatedly several times. Then, there was a 'buzzing' sort of sound coming from above the back left wheel (where the rear windshield washer reservoir is located). I opened the drivers door and pressed the power door lock on and off which stopped the buzzing--for a short time. Several minutes later, the same thing happened again. Pressing the power door locks seemed to be the only thing to stop it. Since I couldn't do that all night long, I finally disconnected the battery. I'm concerned that it could start a fire so I haven't driven it. It's also the weekend and most automotive shops are not open. Nobody has even heard of this problem and they just laugh and tell me the truck is possessed. Is it?

I would start by pinpointing the buzzing sound. Sounds like a possible relay sticking. There is a small spring inside relays that pulls the switch back to the open position when primary voltage is removed. When the springs get weak, the switch tends to flop around energizing and de-energizing the relay rapidly.
