A lot of electrical is not working:

windshield wipers
power windows
turn signals
cruise control
speedometer
dash lights
electrical seatbelt

Some electrical is working:
power locks
head lights
radio

I have checked the fuses next to the bettery and next to the parking hood latch on the drivers side. They all seem to be okay. However, their are some fuses that don't seem to have a window to show if the connection is broken. They are like 20 times larger than the normal fuses. Maybe they are not a fuse?

Anybody have any ideas on where to go from here?

History:
Battery and break light came on. Susposed it was an alternator problem. Car stalled a week later and so I went to replace the alternator. The battery cable to the alternator was corroded. Replaced the electrical cable for the alternator. After replacing the cable their was not enough of a charge with the battery to crank it, wen to jump the car. Put on the battery cables correctly and when attaching the positive cable to the possitive terminal it sparked and leaving the cable on the terminal caused the battery cable on the possitive terminal to spoke where the red connector for two cables that attache to the main possitive battery cable. I hope that makes sense. After that I was able to crank it but I noticed that the seatbelt was not working and the car stalled out.

I took the alternator and battery and had it tested at checker auto parts. Both tested fine. I decided to then re-attache the alternator and battery. The battery was fully charged. The car starts over fine. I have not driven it outside of the block as I don't have turn signals etc. I have been able to turn it over probably 5+ times. I don't think I have a problem with the alternator charging the battery any longer. However, I am not sure what to do to troubleshoot the electrical problems.

Please let me know what I can do to troubleshoot the electrical problem. If you know where I can get an electrical schematic of the nissan sentra, that would be cool too. Preferably a free schematic.

Thanks,
