95 Ram trailer brake plug location

I have a 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 with the optional trailer towing package. I'm in the process of adding trailer brakes and Reese indicates on their website there may be a plug already installed I can plug the controller into. I'll be darned if I can find the thing. Is it clipped to something under the dash? Thanks, Mike
