Blinkers dont give any sound

Hello people, My Name is Enrique and I am from Spain but I am living in Germany. This is my first post in this forum and I hope that someone can give me a hand. I have a Peugeot207 (2006) and suddenly the blinkers did not work properly when I was on the way at home. This is very strange, because the lights of the blinkers works properly but they dont produce the famous sound: tac,tac,tac... when they are enabled. Furthermore this fail only occurs when the car is moving. If the car is completely stopped. The sound and the light of the blinkers work ok. Anyone know which is the cause of this problem? Thank you very much. B.R. Enrique P.

No info on this car but most use a flasher for blinkers and do make a sound as that method is physically clicking open and closing the connection inside and can be hear, usually. Perhaps it just got quiet for who knows why and a new one would make more sound. Several vehicles will use a separate "flasher" for hazards and directional/blinkers, make sure you find the correct one. Feel for it when operating if need be, T

seems some vehicles are going to a solid state flasher (no noise) with a speaker of sorts to produce the sound. not sure what method yours would use

I think that it uses a flash relay with a speaker. But the speaker works because when the car is stopped it sounds! Maybe the problem is related with COM2000....What do you think?
