The horn in my 1994 Pontiac Sunbird LE does not work. When I push the steering wheel horn button,I hear a clicking noise, but the horn doesn't make a sound. Is this a wiring problem? I noticed the grounding wire is connected to a very rusty bolt on the front of my engine chassis under my front bumper.

The clicking noise you hear is the horn relay. This means the horn button is working properly. You will need to clean that ground wire for the horn first and retry it. If the horn still does not sound, take a test light and probe the power wire at the horn. If it lights, replace horn. If it doesn't light, try a new horn relay. Steve
