We needed new ignition switch in Ford mustang 2000 replaced out have old key to start it but think broke magnetic strip help

Only one way. Dig out your credit card and head to either the dealer or a locksmith. Since you can't drive the car it means either a tow truck takes you to the dealer or the locksmith comes to you.
