starter is about 7 months old. Alternator is about 5 Months old. new battery connections. After driving my car, if i turn it off and start it right away it will start fine. but if i let it sit for a few after driving it it just wont start at all. It will start if i hook it up to jumper cables. also...if it doesnt start and i let it sit for a few hours and go back to it, it starts. any clue of whats wrong??? everytime i take it to the shop they say it has to be doing the problem when its there so they can diagnose it, and i dont really feeling like paying for it to get towed. so any help would be great. Thanks.

If it always behaves with a jump then battery and the connections are the problem area. New cable ends may not be working so well. There are temp ones and permanent ones or get whole new cables if screwed up enough. Even though you said they are already new they are still a suspect problem for this, T
