I have a 1997 F-150 with an odd turn signal malfunction. It occurs commonly on the right side and occasionally on the left. Both sides always work normally when the stalk is not fully moved to the lock in position like one does when changing lanes. When the stalk is fully moved often times the indicator on the dash does not function but you can hear clicking at a much faster rate and the rear turn signal flashes but the front does not. The emergency lights flash normally. If this is a flasher froblem where is it located? This by the way is a low mileage truck, 36K.

Tridon / Turn Signal Flasher EP27 Seems both the four way hazzard flasher and directional flasher is the same part #. Try swapping them as a test. Location?? Listen for them when activated. One may be on or plugged into the fuse box in interior - the other elsewhere nearby underdash - not sure, T
