No air blows at all. Removed the relay under the hood and put it back in to see if it was loose but that did not work. One other strange thing - the switch has "off" 1, 2, 3, 4. When you turn the switch completely off the idling of the car lowers. Weird. Bad relay, bad fan or something else? Thanks. When you turn the blower switch to 0, it shuts off the AC compressor and the computer lowers the idle speed because of that. You are going to have to do some testing using a test light that can read either power or ground. Start by going to the blower motor, unplug the connector and test for power and ground with the blower turned on. Not just any test light.
