I ran my car without the rad 3 fuse, and now the dash is filled with warning lights and power windows, speedometer and ac do not work. I have since put the fuse back in , but nothing works still. How do I fix this?

year, make. model, engine, color etc.
1) To get started Why did you remove the fuse in the first place?
2) Scan for codes post ALL codes.
3) Before we get into details can you work elec problems, read a wiring diagram, use a test light and DVOM - yes, no ?
simple as 1, 2, 3.

2010 Lexus isF. I pulled the fuse to try and solve an issue with my Nav system but ended up just causing problems. Now the abs,tpms,airbag,pwr steering and some other lights are on. The Windows, ac system and speedometer do not work. I am going to go get a scan done tomorrow. I am handy in terms of doing repairs on my cars, but I do not have much knowledge when it come to electrical repairs.

There are 6 different IS models in that year.
You're going to need a complete vehicle scan, not just the PCM. You won't get that one for free.
They could be just low voltage codes.

With electronics you just never know but I've never seen damage that way unless you did more than just remove a fuse.

The fuse that protects the radio unit's power supply circuit is the fuse you removed. The radio is the master for the AV-LAN network. There are many computers (modules) in your vehicle and several different multiplexing networks that allows those modules to communicate with each other, which includes the AV-LAN network. There are different protocols (languages) that each of those networks use, but even though they may communicate with different protocols they can still talk to each other through a module called a gateway. When you removed the fuse for the radio, you pretty much caused the AV-LAN network to go dead. Some of the other modules on the other networks may have needed some information from modules on the dead network, so they can do their jobs.
Some of the modules on the AV-LAN are:
Radio
Radio amplifier
Multimedia Interface
Display and Nav module
Integration and control and Panel assembly
Network Gateway (which the radio uses to communicate through to the other networks)
I would try disconnecting the battery and then touching the battery terminals together for 30 secs to discharge any capacitors. Basically your resetting all the modules when you do this. Some modules may need to relearn when you restore power. You'll probably need to initialize your power windows for the auto function to work and do a zero point calibration for the stability control system after restore power also. See if doing a power reset brings everything back up again. If not, then your probably going to need someone with an enhanced scan tool to see what is going on.

I didn't suggest that because of the lost memory issues that will come up. Clearing all the codes with the scan tool would probably avoid that.
