Hyundai headlamps stuck on

Hyundai headlamps stuck on Sign In
I've got a 1994 Hyundai Lantra (not a common model but someone out there may have an idea!!) and for the last few days the dipped headlamps have been stuck on and I have to remove the fuse to turn them off.

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
