Issue with 2007 Ford Taurus Sign In

I'm new here, but can't seem to find any information regarding this problem. I have a 2007 Ford Taurus with 61087 miles on it roughly. The issue is, the power windows and dome lights will fail to work every so often. It seems to happen only in the mornings, usually during cold temperatures. The first time it happened, I checked the fuse box located in the engine area and did not find any burnt out ones. I've only had this happen twice in the last couple weeks (both in the morning). The issue went away later on in the day. I know nothing versus vehicle maintenance and such besides the very basic stuff. Anyone know what could be causing this issue?

The one common component to those 2 systems is the Battery saver relay. It's located in the Smart junction box (fuse box) under the dash on the driver's side

I'll take a look at it soon as I get off work. I saw that box down their earlier, but like I said, I don't know crap about cars.
