Light Switch has me befuddled

I;m building a LoCost and have a 98 Mitsubishi Galant Steering Column with all switches and wiring. I have the ignition and indicators sorted but the Light switch is confusing me. The switch is off/side/on rotate on the end of the stalk and low beam high beam toggles by pulling stalk towards you. Flash lights is also pull towards you doesnt matter if you were in high or low. attached is the connection on the 5 wires from the switch. That's because all the light switch does is supply grounds.
