So I bought and high output aftermarket alternator the place I bought it from did not list the years of my make car which is a grand Marquis mine is a 2003 this alternator is for 2005 2011 however it does mounting bolt in the only problem I had was the connector plug was different I didn’t know that they made adapters so I cut the wires and wired them up in line as they were but for some reason it’s not working I’m trying to find some help if somebody can tell me how to fix this or the correct way to wire it by looking at attached photo i’d really appreciate it

LOL, you were made aware that it didn't fit your car and yet you bought it anyway. And now you are cutting wires and experimenting but now you are surprised it doesn't work? Don't be surprised when you do serious damage to other components in the car.

Chock it up top a lesson learned. Your car is obviously not wired for this circuit.

MISTAKE! Hope you have the old one and would put it back in could just use wire nuts (first) to see if it still works? Ahhh - I bet not but wish you some luck,
