Oil on spark plugs on 1990 Honda Accord EX Sign In

I have a 1990 Honda Accord EX (fuel injected) 5speed and I have oil on my plugs.
What causes that or is that normal for Honda Accords that have electronic fuel injection?

It should have nothing to do with fuel injection or not.

Where is the oil? On the boots or at the firing electrodes of the plugs? It matters as that would be two different issues, T

The oil on the boots is probably a worn or loose valve cover gasket. You should check for spark and fuel pressure first. Also, make sure the valve timing is correct. A simple compression test will confirm that.
